Junior Indoor Soccer Tournament

After school sorted. Soccer sorted.
Give your child the chance to play in a structured 16-week indoor soccer competition—without adding another afternoon of rushing, driving and organising to your week.

The NimbleHits Junior Indoor Soccer Tournament runs across Term 4 and Term 1, with mixed competitions for U7, U9 and U12 players. Matches are played indoors on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4:30 pm, so weather never interrupts the season.
Families can choose between:
  • A match-only tournament package, where parents bring their child to each game; or
  • A school-pickup package, where participating children are collected from selected schools and attend Nimble Kidsz until 6:00 pm.

School Pickup Pricing

Families using Child Care Subsidy
$31.50 per 3:00–6:00 pm session
Eligible families may have this fee reduced through their Child Care Subsidy entitlement.

Children using the CCS pathway are enrolled for the relevant school terms and can attend the normal Nimble Kidsz program during the weeks before and after the soccer tournament.

The amount each family pays will depend on its individual CCS entitlement, activity hours and Centrelink details.
Families not using Child Care Subsidy
$340 for the complete school-pickup tournament package
The full-season fee includes:
The $340 fee is paid upfront. Afterpay is available for families who prefer to spread the payment.

The non-CCS school-pickup package covers the 16 tournament weeks only. Pickup is not included during the additional weeks before the competition begins or after it finishes.

Form a school friendship group

School-pickup places depend on having enough children travelling from the same school or from nearby schools on a practical route.
Families are encouraged to help form a group of approximately 6–7 children.
Your group can include:
  • Friends from the same school
  • Children from nearby schools
  • Siblings
  • Children in different soccer age divisions
The children collected on a route do not all need to play in the same age division.

For example, one child may play U7 while another plays U12. NimbleHits can add parent-delivered individual players from its player pool to complete the relevant soccer teams.

Pickup routes only proceed once minimum numbers, vehicle capacity and staffing arrangements are confirmed.

What happens each afternoon?

A typical afternoon may look like:

After School to approximately 3:30 pm

Children are collected from participating schools and transported to Nimble Kidsz.
3:30–4:20 pm
Children have their afternoon snack, unwind after school and participate in supervised activities, games or soccer preparation.
From 4:30 pm
Children move to the adjoining NimbleHits courts when their team is scheduled to play.

Children not playing at that time remain in the Nimble Kidsz area with an educator.
After the match
Players return to Nimble Kidsz and remain supervised until collected by an authorised parent or guardian by 6:00 pm.

Siblings are Welcome

The school-pickup arrangement can make afternoons easier for families with more than one child.

Siblings may:
  • Travel together from school
  • Be in different soccer age divisions
  • Play at different times
  • Attend Nimble Kidsz even where only one sibling participates in soccer, subject to normal enrolment and fee arrangements
Parents can collect their children from the same location rather than organising separate school, care and sporting arrangements.
